                  RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM RACHEL SEAR, RELATIVE TO
                  CONTRACT NO. RW-5-96, NORTH CHAMBERLAIN
                  AVENUE, TRACT NO. 12, FOR A TOTAL
                  CONSIDERATION OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Rachel Sear, relative to Contract 

       No. RW-5-96, North Chamberlain Avenue, Tract No. 12, for a total
       consideration of $185.00.
